Presently one of my clients is a communications agency that specialises in internal corporate communications. They identified some 500 companies that will be required to communicate to all their employees the new pension auto enrolment scheme. From August 2012 every company will be required to enrol their employees in a pension scheme. Depending on the organisations size, the Government is phasing in compliance.
